There are big changes happening within my practice so please take the time to read the following information as this may directly affect you.
 
As of June 16, 2025, my office hours are going to change. 
Office hours will only be Tuesday and Thursday afternoons between 1 PM and 6 PM.

I understand that the reduced availability may not fit your overall needs, and will understand if you choose to seek a provider that may fit your needs.
 
If you have an appointment scheduled after June 16th, your appointment will be rescheduled into those time frames, and you will be notified of the change. 
If the time slot does not work for you, you are welcome to request a new appointment time that will work for you.
 
As of July 31, 2025, I will no longer be accepting Medicare or Medicaid insurances.
I will be sending out a list of referrals that you will be able to access through the patient portal. 
I recommend that you schedule with your new provider as soon as possible, as it can take some time to get an appointment with a new provider. 
 
Effective immediately - if you are living out of the state of Colorado you will need to find a local provider to continue with your prescriptions.  Only temporary bridge prescriptions are going to be allowed to be sent.  Telehealth and insurance regulations require the patient to be located in Colorado in order to be treated, as I am only licensed in the state of Colorado.
