About me...

My office is located back home, to Parker, Colorado. I am a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, also board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, as well as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. As a Family and Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, I have worked in Urgent Care and Family Practice settings. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I have experience in private practice, behavioral health inpatient facilities, and Substance abuse residential treatment, treating dual diagnosis patients.
I completed my master's program as a Nurse Practitioner at Colorado State University in Pueblo, Colorado. I then decided to further my education and obtain my post-master's certificate and board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from CSU in Pueblo, and am now seeking my doctorate from the university as well.
I am able to blend the knowledge and skills of my medical background and that of mental health into an integrated practice that strives to care for the whole person from a functional medicine approach. I am also pursuing my board certification by the American Board of Anti-Aging Health Practitioners (ABAAHP) as well as an advanced fellowship in functional medicine. My focus is on optimizing hormone levels, thyroid function, gut health as well as the mental health of each of my patients.
I have lived Colorado since 1997, where I met my husband one year later. I have had the blessing to help raise his two amazing sons into wonderful young men that they are today. I now have a beautiful daughter-in-law who has now blessed me with my two amazing grandchildren. I love Colorado and all that it's beauty has to offer. My spare time is always spent with my family and friends enjoying our beautiful state!
